The head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration continues to use every opportunity to enlist support in solving the most pressing problems currently facing the housing and utilities sector of the Chuguiv community.
In her speech during the off-site meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services, Halyna Minaeva touched upon a number of issues that are relevant not only for our community. In particular, she expressed a request at the regulatory level to simplify the procedure for connecting cogeneration units to existing gas and electricity metering points. Currently, in the Chuguiv community, with the assistance of the government of the Czech Republic, cogeneration of electricity is being actively introduced into the operation of heating networks, so resolving this issue will greatly facilitate and accelerate this work.
Another painful issue for the community, which was voiced by Galina Minaeva during an off-site meeting of the Verkhovna Rada committee, is the distribution of revenues for the heat supply service. According to the current regulations, only 35% of these revenues go to support the current activities of the KP “Chuguyivteplo” - the remaining 65% are immediately transferred to the gas supplier, GC “Naftogaz Trading”. Of course, this state of affairs actually makes it impossible for the enterprise to function normally and to prepare for the new heating season, which by all indications promises to be difficult.
Galina Minaeva also raised the issue of providing communal enterprises with specialized equipment. It is no secret that the war and the damage it causes to the infrastructure constantly pose extremely difficult tasks for communal workers in their current work. Therefore, the fleet of specialized equipment must meet them.
