Today, July 22, a respected person was laid to rest in the village of Kamyana Yaruga - on July 21, the oldest resident of the Chuguiv community, Feodosia Khomivna Zavalyaeva, died at the age of 106.
Feodosia Khomivna was born in Kamyanya Yaruz and devoted her whole life to work and family. In her youth she worked at an aircraft repair plant in Chuguiev. After the birth of her first daughter, who is now 83 years old, she devoted herself to housekeeping. And rural work is a daily hard work: vegetable gardens, caring for livestock, taking care of the family.
Together with her husband, they raised three children in love and harmony – two daughters and a son, with whom Feodosia Khomivna lived together. In her advanced years, she was a happy grandmother of five grandchildren and a great-grandmother of four great-grandchildren.
Feodosia Khomivna was for those who knew her a ray of light, optimism, hope and faith that a person can live a long life and remain sane, remember, and even read books without glasses at the age of 105. Feodosia Khomivna lived a hard life, but the modern war was more terrible for her, because she was very worried about the fate of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who loved and respected her very much. Today, too, there were many people at the funeral who came to say goodbye to their beloved mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, aunt, friend, neighbor and just a beautiful person.
We sincerely sympathize with the family and friends of Feodosia Khomivna on the occasion of her death.
