The State Enterprise "SETAM" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine announces that in accordance with the Procedure for the Sale of Arrested Property, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated September 29, 2016 No. 2831/5, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 30, 2016 under No. 1301/29431, in accordance with parts two and four of Article 61 of the Law of Ukraine dated June 2, 2016 "On Enforcement Proceedings", a number of electronic auctions have been announced for the current month of 2026 through the state electronic auction platform OpenMarket of the State Enterprise "SETAM" ("Investment Digest No. 6", attached).
