The Chuhuiv community continues to cooperate with international humanitarian organizations to restore damaged housing. This includes cooperation with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and its partner, the Salvation Angels Charitable Foundation. During the full-scale war, hundreds of residents of the Chuhuiv community whose homes were destroyed have already received their support.
A large-scale project to restore apartment buildings is currently being implemented. In particular, roof repairs are being carried out, as well as replacing windows and doors in common areas with modern metal-plastic structures. As of today, work has been fully completed in five buildings, and is ongoing in seven more.
The head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Halyna Minaeva, thanked the partners for their systematic assistance to the community, separately noting the UNHCR representative in Kharkiv, Richard Evans.
Recovery is not just about infrastructure, but also about supporting people, solidarity, and collaborative efforts that help us survive in difficult times.
