On March 17, 2026, the head of the population self-organization body - street committee No. 28, Lyudmila Andriivna GUR'EVA, passed away.
Lyudmila Andriivna was an authoritative head of the population self-organization body, had an active civic position. For over 30 years she worked in various positions at the Hydro-Concrete Plant of Pivdenspetsbud OJSC, was a member of the plant's trade union committee. She devoted many years of her life to serving the Chuguiv community, actively worked on a civic basis, taking an active public position and representing the interests of the community in all government bodies: she was elected a member of the Chuguiv City Party Committee, twice elected a deputy of the Chuguiv City Council, took an active part in the public life of the city, and worked for a long time in the People's Control Group in the city of Chuguiv. Her professionalism and dedication to the cause received recognition and deep respect among colleagues and local authorities.
Since 2006, when residents elected Lyudmila Andreyevna as the head of the population self-organization body, she, through the officials of the executive committee, heads of municipal enterprises, relying on her experience in public activities, authority among residents of the street committee, city authorities, has constantly resolved a number of issues raised by citizens. Thanks to her perseverance, dedication to people, the population self-organization body, which she headed, has always been at the forefront of activities related to the development of our city.
Lyudmila Andriyevna has always had good organizational skills. She was always ready to help, and by her example she inspired other members of the community to participate in the volunteer movement. Her professionalism and dedication to the community earned her deep respect from all residents of the city.
