The head of the Chuhuiv city military administration, Halyna Minaeva, took part in an online meeting with the leaders of partner communities with whom the Zvyahel territorial community of Zhytomyr region cooperates within the framework of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities.".

It is symbolic that the meeting took place on the Day of Unity of Ukraine, because the main goal of the project is to unite different parts of the country and provide mutual support to communities in difficult times for the state. At the same time, the topics of discussion were far from festive - the participants focused on the current problems that most concern communities today.

Particular attention was paid to the challenges faced by frontline communities: the proximity of the front line and shelling of critical infrastructure force local authorities to constantly look for additional ways to ensure the sustainable functioning of settlements. Exchange of experience and support between communities significantly facilitate the resolution of these tasks.

The cooperation between the Chuguiv and Zvyahel communities has been going on for less than a year, but during this time significant results have already been achieved. Among them are participation in joint cultural events, organization of recreation for 20 schoolchildren, a trip of the child of the fallen Hero to Spain as part of a delegation of Zvyahel children, as well as active interaction of youth centers.

It is expected that the partnership will continue to develop, and the friendly ties between the communities, established during the war, will be preserved and strengthened in the post-war period.
