Given the large number of requests received by the Central Administrative Center regarding the extension of the deferral, we inform you:
1. When can I start applying for a deferral extension?
– We are waiting for the President of Ukraine to sign the Law of Ukraine on the extension of the period for general mobilization (currently, according to the official website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the law has been pending the President's signature since January 14, 2026).
2. Where can I submit my application and documents?
– The application and ORIGINAL documents are submitted at the ASCs, through the Reserve+ application or can be extended automatically for a certain number of categories.
3. Is it necessary to apply for a deferment at the place of registration or permanent residence?
– No, the service is extraterritorial, that is, you can contact any ASC of Ukraine or its remote workplace in the starostats. ASCs have been created in every community of the country! But yes, not all of them work: occupied territories, territories of active hostilities.
The closest ASCs to the ASC of the Chuhuiv City Council are located in: the village of Malynivka, the village of Novopokrovka, the village of Prolisne, the village of Pechenyhy.
