Based on the order of the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, preventive raids are being conducted in the Chuguiv City Territorial Community to prevent juvenile delinquency, child neglect and homelessness, and to promptly identify children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances and are evading school.
On December 4, 2025, another raid took place, families who found themselves in difficult life circumstances were visited, preventive conversations were held with parents, and no facts of violation of children's rights were identified.
Also during the raid, families of guardians who raise orphans and children deprived of parental care were visited. Preventive conversations were held with guardians and children, consultations were provided. It was established that the children are provided with everything they need, favorable conditions for living and development have been created for the children, and no negative phenomena were recorded.
