In order to determine the needs of veterans who have completely or partially lost their sight, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine is conducting a survey.
The main objectives of the survey are to assess the level of awareness of veterans about available adaptation services guaranteed by the state, living conditions and the need for housing adaptation, the availability (absence) of technical rehabilitation tools, etc.

The survey can be completed by both those receiving services and those providing care (caregivers, family members, close relatives).
The results obtained will allow the Ministry of Veterans Affairs to objectively monitor and assess the provision of veterans with appropriate means for their adaptation, and will also contribute to further improvement and expansion of the system of providing adaptation services for veterans.
