Who is a specialist in supporting war veterans?
A veteran support specialist is a key person who helps veterans navigate the path from returning to civilian life to full adaptation in the community. His work combines elements of social, psychological, informational, and administrative support.
Who will the escort specialist take care of?
• war veterans
• demobilized persons
• family members of missing Defenders
• family members of a deceased (deceased) war veteran
• family members of the deceased Defender of Ukraine
• injured participants of the Revolution of Dignity, their family members
• persons who have made special contributions to the Motherland
There are two ways to contact a support specialist:
- Offline: submit an application in person to a specialist in your community – Chuguiv, Staronikolska St., 35A (working hours: Monday – Thursday from 08:00 to 17:15, Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00).
- Online: via the e-Veteran platform, you only need:
- go to the website;
- fill out an online application;
- wait for a call from a specialist.
You can even apply outside of your place of registration if you live in another region or are undergoing treatment/rehabilitation.
Since July 2025, the "Veteran Pro" section has appeared in the "Diya" mobile application.
Through it you can:
1) learn about services for veterans;
2) find a support specialist in a few clicks: «Services» → «Veteran Pro» → «Search for a specialist».
