Let's first understand what GAV is.

An emergency outage schedule is a disconnection of consumers due to a shortage of electricity. It is not a scheduled work schedule, it does not have start and end times. It is a list of electrical addresses (electricity network nodes) to which outages can be applied.

The schedule is implemented by the regional power company within 15 minutes after receiving the relevant order from NPC Ukrenergo.

Regarding the restoration of electricity supply, the decision on this is also made by Ukrenergo. Only after receiving a command from the regional dispatcher can the regional energy company's specialists restore the distribution of electricity.

Notification of the use of emergency shutdowns CANNOT be made public in advance - this is an emergency measure, and information about the reasons for its use and other information that may provide an idea of the potential of energy facilities is information with limited access during martial law.
