In accordance with the order of the head of the Chuguiv city military administration No. 576 dated 04/19/2024 "On the authorization of the elders of the elder districts of the Chuguiv city territorial community to perform notarial acts", the elders of Kamyana Yaruga and Zarozhne in their settlements perform certain notarial acts:
- take measures to protect inherited property;
- certify wills (except secret ones);
- issue duplicates of documents certified by them, as well as duplicates of documents issued by village and settlement councils of the relevant district until their reorganization by joining the Chuguiv City Council;
- certify the authenticity of copies (photocopies) of documents and extracts from them;
- certify the authenticity of signatures on documents;
- certify powers of attorney of persons residing in the relevant settlements, except for the right to dispose of real estate, for the management and disposal of corporate rights, and powers of attorney for the use and disposal of vehicles.
To perform a notarial act, the personal presence of the person in respect of whom the notarial act will be performed is necessary, since notarial acts involve the documentation of strict reporting.
The full list of documents for each notarial act varies, but in each case, an identification document and the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card are required.
In addition, a receipt for payment of state duty is required.
