The Department of Social Protection of the Population, together with the headmen of the Chuhuyiv urban territorial community, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 13, 2025 No. 985, formed a list of persons who applied for one-time cash assistance for the purchase of solid fuel.
Payment of cash assistance is expected approximately in October and will be implemented in stages:
– First of all, households whose members belong to several vulnerability categories
– In the second place (if funding is available) – households with one vulnerability indicator;
– In the third place (if funding is available) – households that do not belong to the specified categories.
According to this resolution, the vulnerability categories include:
- single disabled persons of retirement age;
- single mother (single father);
- persons receiving assistance at the birth of a child;
- large families;
- persons with disabilities (together with their family members) and families with a child/children with disabilities;
- families consisting of internally displaced persons;
- family-type orphanages;
- foster families.
