Despite the fact that the calendar summer is coming to an end, the warm weather still allows you to relax by the water. At the same time, we remind residents of the Chuhuiv community: swimming in water bodies is currently prohibited.
The restrictions are related to martial law and increased danger - explosive objects may remain on the coasts and in the water. We urge residents to be aware and responsible:
- refrain from swimming in rivers, ponds and lakes;
- take care of the safety of children and do not allow them to enter the water;
- notify rescuers if suspicious objects are discovered on the shore or in the water.
It is understandable that in the heat you want to cool down, but today the main thing is to preserve life and health. We ask you to be understanding about the ban.
We would like to remind you that due to the difficult security situation caused by the hostilities, the state and regional commissions on TEB and Emergencies recommended banning public recreation on water bodies throughout the Kharkiv region. Therefore, in March 2025, the city commission on TEB and Emergencies decided not to determine places for mass recreation of people on water bodies on the territory of the Chuguiv urban territorial community due to the probable threat of contamination with explosive objects.
