On September 10, Export Talent Match will take place - an online job fair in the speed networking format, where entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to find young specialists in the field of international trade.
The Step In Export youth accelerator was created to help students gain practical skills and first work experience, and to help companies find qualified candidates without additional time spent on training.
For three months, more than 15 experts trained project participants in market research, customer search, strategy development, marketing and logistics organization, and product certification preparation. Graduates have already developed real export plans for Ukrainian companies and are ready to put this knowledge into practice.
Export Talent Match participants will be able to: hold 5–7 short meetings with the most relevant candidates according to the specified criteria; exchange contacts and invite the best candidates for an interview; receive the Talent Book of all participants for further selection.
In addition, the finale of the Step In Export accelerator will be held in Kyiv on August 29, where graduates will present their own export plans and share ideas for business development.
