In order to prevent rabies in pets, specialists of the Chuguiv Veterinary Medicine Department of the Kharkiv Regional State Hospital of Veterinary Medicine will carry out preventive vaccinations of dogs and cats against rabies from 08/20/2025 to 08/22/2025 at the following address: Chuguiv, Oleksandra Zachepyla St., 15, tel. (05746) 2-21-16. Working hours: Mon-Thu from 8:00 to 16:45, Fri from 8:00 to 15:45, Sat-Sun - weekends.
Preventive vaccination will protect the animal from rabies infection for 1 year.
We emphasize once again: rabies is an extremely dangerous infectious disease, common to humans and animals, accompanied by severe damage to the central nervous system and always ends in death.
To prevent rabies in animals, all pets must be vaccinated annually, starting at 3 months of age.
Remember: rabies cannot be cured, it can only be prevented! The most effective way is vaccination!
The rabies vaccine is free, the cost of the preventive vaccination service is 11.05 UAH.
