The Chuguiv community is in mourning again - another of our defenders, Maksym Grigorovich Redko, a resident of the village of Kochetok, returned home "on the shield." On July 17, 2025, the Hero was taken to his last journey with military honors and buried at the local cemetery.
Maksym was born on September 16, 2000 in the village of Trostyanets, Slavutskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region. In 2004, he moved with his family to the village of Kochetok. In 2014, he graduated from the 9th grade of Kochetok secondary school and entered the Chuguyiv vocational lyceum. After graduating from the lyceum, he received a specialty as a pastry chef. In November 2018, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He received professional training and remained in the defense of the country until the last day of his life. Maksym is forever 24…
