From July 1, 2025, important changes will occur in the work of the Territorial Center for Social Services (provision of social services) of the Chuguiv City Council, which relate to the conditions for the provision of social services. In particular, the mechanism will be renewed payments for the service “Home Care”, “Palliative Home Care”, “In-kind Assistance”, “Transport Services” for those categories of citizens who previously received it free of charge on a temporary basis.
These changes are caused by the cancellation of the protocol decisions of the meeting of the commission on the exemption of certain categories of persons from payment for the provision of social services in the Chuguiv urban territorial community No. 4 dated 02.04.2021 and No. 2 dated 02.03.2022. Instead, from June 02, 2025, Order No. 524 dated 02.06.2025 came into force, which approves a new, updated list of social services provided to residents of the community at the expense of budget funds, and also clearly defines the categories of persons who are completely exempt from payment for the provision of social services.
