The Handbook for Released Military Personnel was developed by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in conjunction with the Central Directorate for Civil-Military Cooperation of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The information in the Handbook is divided into four main sections:
- psychological help
- document recovery
- receiving payments
- treatment.
The information will help former prisoners obtain step-by-step algorithms for restoring cash payments and documents, renewing social guarantees, and obtaining legal, medical, and psychological services.
