Expert consultations are ongoing for community specialists on organizing crisis/emergency intervention services within the framework of the project "Minimum Package of Integrated Social Services for Families with Children.".

“It is important not only to have knowledge, but also to be able to apply it in everyday work. The key task is timely support that can change the situation for the better,” said Nataliya Achkasova, a crisis intervention service training trainer, during a consultation for specialists of the Center for Social Services of the Chuguiv City Council, which took place on April 30.

During the meeting, she shared her experience working with families and children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances. Participants had the opportunity to discuss specific situations they encounter in their practice and receive practical advice on effective support.

Particular attention was paid to the importance of early intervention and feedback between all services working with families. Natalia Achkasova emphasized the need to take into account the individual needs of each family and child, as well as the importance of timely response when support is critical for the child's well-being.

Consultation has become an important stage in the professional training of social workers, in particular in providing effective support to families experiencing difficult life situations.
