The Hackathon "Business + Youth: Joint Solutions for the Community" from the GoGlobal educational foundation was held in the Ko_Laba youth spaces.
This is an intensive event where participants team up to develop a prototype of a product, service, or problem within a limited time frame (usually 24-72 hours). In the finale, the youth present their work to the community and business.
Teams from Kharkiv, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, and Chernihiv regions participated in the Hackathon.
In Ko_Laba Chuguiv, 15 participants joined the Hackathon, divided into four teams: the 4REAL team (Vladislav Sabodash, Mykyti Filov, Roman Zhalkovsky), Twisted sisters (Maria Bilokopytova, Adelina Groma, Vlada Ivashchenko), the Youth Council team (Polina Marinenko, Polina Yudina, Valeria Skripilina, Anastasia Yupashevska) and the Student Parliament team (Olexandra Sereda, Ilya Yakivets, Polina Vystorobets, Kamila Bakaeva, Nika Novikova).
Participants worked on the following challenges:
- from the Chuguiv City Military Administration – «Art design of ground shelters as an increase in the emotional state of community residents, development of the Chuguiv community logo»;
- Private entrepreneur "Zaytcev wood" - "How to convey to young people the value of preserving military awards";
- LLC "REMMASHENERGO" – "Development of the company logo and its application on the overalls of workers working on the restoration of CHPs and TPPs";
- TM "DATIS" – "Ideas for holding Children's Day, proposals for designing locations, conducting a program";
- Hunting and forestry enterprise "SAFARI XXI" - "Development of logo and billboard design.".
All teams simply radiated new ideas and in the finale received gifts from the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, Galina Minaeva, who addressed the Hackathon participants with words of gratitude for their talent and creativity. Galina Mykolayivna noted that with such creative youth as ours, the future of the Chuguiv community is in safe hands.
