By order of the head of the KHOV, Oleg Synegubov, April 14 was declared a Day of Mourning in the Kharkiv region due to the bloody shelling of the city of Sumy by the Russians. The occupiers killed 34 people as a result of the rocket attack. Among the dead were two children.
