The Chuguiv community is actively implementing the state program “Reconstruction”, aimed at helping citizens restore damaged or destroyed housing as a result of military operations. The program allows for financial support from the state for repair work or the purchase of new housing.

As the head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Galina Minaeva, has repeatedly noted, the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program is one of the priority areas of the city council and the city military administration. Residents whose homes were damaged by enemy shelling are in the center of constant attention of local authorities - no one is left alone with their troubles!

Commissions have been established and are operating under the Chuguiv City Military Administration to consider issues related to providing compensation for damaged and destroyed real estate objects as a result of hostilities, terrorist acts, and sabotage caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The commissions make decisions as quickly as possible.

As of March 1, 2025, residents of the Chuguiv community submitted 1,857 applications for compensation for the repair of housing damaged by the actions of the Russian occupiers under the eVidnovlenie program. The specialized commission examined 1,855 addresses of applicants for damaged housing, 1,586 applications have been approved so far. Residents of the community have already received compensation payments for the restoration of their homes for a total amount of over 144.5 million hryvnias.

For the destroyed real estate objects, the profile commission has formed 62 certificates for the purchase of housing for a total amount of over 70 million hryvnias. Regarding two applications from citizens, a decision has been made to provide compensation for the reconstruction of housing in the amount of over 3.5 million hryvnias.

We remind you that to receive assistance, you must submit an application through the Diya portal. After checking the documents, a special commission assesses the condition of the damaged property and determines the amount of compensation. If the application is approved, the funds are transferred to special card accounts of the affected citizens.

In addition, city council specialists provide consulting assistance to residents regarding the application procedure and collection of necessary documents.

We urge everyone who is entitled to compensation to take advantage of this opportunity.

We also remind you that participants of the state program eVDovnovlenie must submit a report on the use of funds received for repairs or the purchase of housing. This can be done by submitting a notification of the completion of work through the Action or the Central Administrative Center, but no later than 12 months from the date of accrual of funds.
