A new consulting center of the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine has started operating in the Kharkiv region. The center provides advice to taxpayers on a number of important issues.
Among the services available at the center:
– consultations on stopping the registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations;
– assistance with submitting the taxpayer data table;
– consultations on submitting notifications and copies of documents for blocked PN/RC;
– clarification regarding compliance with the VAT payer risk criteria.

The center operates on the following schedule:
– Monday-Thursday: from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 12:45 to 17:00
– Friday: from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 12:45 to 15:45
The creation of a consulting center is aimed at improving the quality of service to taxpayers and will promote more effective interaction between business and the tax service.
