On the establishment by adjustment of tariffs for centralized water supply services to the Municipal Enterprise "Chuguyivvoda" for all categories of consumers
Guided by paragraphs 8, 10 of part two, paragraph 8 of part seven of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine «On the legal regime of martial law», Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dated 11/16/2022 No. 2777-ИХ «On the exercise by the heads of military administrations of settlements in the Kharkiv region of the powers provided for in part two of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine «On the legal regime of martial law», the Laws of Ukraine «On housing and communal services», «On drinking water and drinking water supply», subparagraph 2 of paragraph «a» of part one Article 28 of the Law of Ukraine «On Local Self-Government in Ukraine», Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 01.06.2011 No. 869 «On Ensuring a Unified Approach to the Formation of Tariffs for Utility Services» (as amended), Orders of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine dated 05.06.2018 No. 130 «"On approval of the Procedure for informing consumers about the intention to change prices/tariffs for utility services with justification of such necessity", dated 12.09.2018 No. 239 "On approval of the Procedure for consideration by local self-government bodies of calculations of tariffs for thermal energy, its production, transportation and supply, as well as calculations of tariffs for utility services submitted for their establishment", having considered the appeal of the director of the communal enterprise "Chuguyivvoda" Tetyana PASMOR dated 03.01.2025 No. 01-23/5/1, in connection with the increase in the cost of purchased water from 01.01.2025, taking into account the Minutes of the meeting of the advisory council "Openness and Transparency" under the Chuguyiv city military administration dated 29.01.2025 No. 01
I ORDER:
1. To establish for the Municipal Enterprise "Chuguyivvoda" by adjusting the tariffs for centralized water supply services:
– for budget institutions and organizations 82.15 UAH/m3 (excluding VAT), 98.58 UAH/m3 (including VAT);
– for other consumers 82.15 UAH/m3 (excluding VAT), 98.58 UAH/m3 (including VAT);
– for residential consumers 26.35 UAH/m3 (excluding VAT), 31.62 UAH/m3 (including VAT).
2. The appendix to the order of the head of the Chuguyiv City Military Administration dated September 25, 2024 No. 1273 «On establishing tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized wastewater services to the Municipal Enterprise «Chuguyivvoda» for all categories of consumers» shall be set out in a new version (attached).
3. The established adjusted tariffs for centralized water supply services for all categories of consumers shall enter into force on the first day of the month following the month of adoption of this order.
4. The municipal enterprise "Chuguyivvoda" (Tetyana PASMOR) shall, within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of entry into force of tariffs for centralized water supply services, notify consumers of the issued order in accordance with the established procedure.
5. After the introduction of tariffs for centralized water supply services established by this order, paragraph 1 of the order of the head of the Chuguyiv City Military Administration dated September 25, 2024 No. 1273 «On establishing tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized wastewater services to the Municipal Enterprise «Chuguyivvoda» for all categories of consumers» shall be considered invalid.
6. The Department of Housing, Communal Services and Ecology of the Chuguiv City Council (GUSEV Ivan) shall publish this order on the official website of the Chuguiv City Council and its executive committee immediately, but no later than five working days from the date of its adoption.
7. Control over the implementation of this order shall be assigned to the Deputy Head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, Igor SHEPELEV, and the Deputy Mayor for the Activities of the Council's Executive Bodies, Konstantin BARMIN.
