On February 15, the Youth Council of the Executive Committee of the Chuguiv City Council held a regular meeting at the Youth Center "CAMPUS". The event was held in a mixed format: offline for those who are in the community, and online for council members who are currently outside of it.
There were five key issues on the agenda:
Summing up the results of the working trip to the VolunTEENS volunteer hackathon
The participants shared their impressions and experiences gained during the event, organized with the support of the Ukrainian Volunteer Service. They discussed the possibilities of implementing the project ideas within the framework of the Youth Council's activities.
Development and implementation of a media project
Marynenko P.O. outlined the concept of a new information project that will help increase youth involvement in civic activities. Key tasks and those responsible for their implementation were identified.
Preparing a video for the third anniversary of the Russian Federation's full-scale invasion of Ukraine
We discussed the idea and format of a video that would highlight the strength, unity, and indomitability of Ukrainians.
Strategic Session for the Youth Council
We approved a plan for preparing for the upcoming strategic session, where key documents will be updated and new vectors for the development of the Youth Council will be identified.
Miscellaneous
During the open discussion, issues of future initiatives and possible partnerships were raised, plans for the spring were discussed, and suggestions from participants were considered.
The meeting was quite productive, all issues were covered in detail.
