As part of the program initiated by the President of Ukraine, every citizen in the territory controlled by Ukraine can receive a one-time assistance of 1,000 hryvnias. The funds can be spent on donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, utilities, and other categories.
We tell you how to receive payment and purchase domestically produced medicines:
- Apply through Diya or a partner bank and open a card for payments.
- Receive funds on the card selected in Action within 10 business days after application approval.
- Purchase medicines at a pharmacy from the official list at the link https://1000.me.gov.ua/perelik-aptek
For prescription medications, you need to provide a prescription from a doctor, which can be obtained during an in-person appointment or remotely from your family doctor.
Prescriptions are written not by trade name, but by the name of the active ingredient.

The funds will be available for spending both online and offline until the end of 2025.
