Born on 08/20/1973 in the city of Chuguev in the family of a military man. He lived with his parents (now deceased) in the city of Chuguev. In 1990 he graduated from Klugino-Bashkir secondary school. After graduating from school he studied at the Kharkiv Radio Technical College.
He served his military service in the National Guard unit stationed in the city of Shostka, Sumy region. After completing his military service, he decided to devote himself to military service and signed a contract with the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. After graduating from the Warrant Officer School, he received the rank of Warrant Officer.
From the first days of the ATO, Valery, together with his comrades, performed combat missions in the Donetsk region as the commander of the telecommunications department of the information and telecommunications center. After the end of the contract, he worked in the civilian sector. And with the beginning of a full-scale war, he again joined the ranks of the defenders of Ukraine.
On February 24, 2022, he was called up for military service. He served in the 125th separate territorial defense battalion (military unit A7291) as an operator-mechanic of the communications platoon commander's department. Valery, together with his comrades from the battalion, performed combat missions for a long time in the city of Chuguiv, on the border with Russia in the settlement of Kozacha Lopan, and then in Donbas. In 2022, he took an active part in the summer counteroffensive in the Kharkiv region.
Marital status:
Unmarried, his parents died and were buried in the city of Chuguiv, his brother died tragically. His aunt Maria Yakivna, cousins Serhiy and Roman live in the village of Romodan, and his cousin Olga lives in the city of Poltava.
Circumstances of death:
On 02.12.2024, unit 125 of the separate TRO battalion, in which Valery served, performed a combat mission in the settlement of Novy Komar, Donetsk region, to neutralize the enemy's assault actions in the direction of the settlement of Rozdolne, Donetsk region. Around 07.00-07.15, the enemy attempted to conduct another assault action. Valery, while performing the combat mission, received serious injuries incompatible with life. His body remained at the scene of his death until 04.12.2024. On this day, Valery's comrades managed to pick up his body and deliver it to the collection point for the dead.
At the request of close relatives, Valery Tyulyandin was buried on 09.12.2024 in the village of Romodan, Myrhorod district, Poltava region. On December 9, 2024, the clergy of the Myrhorod deanery held a funeral service for the Defender of Ukraine Valery Gennadiyovych Tyulyandin. Staff Sergeant Valeriy Tyulyandin had many awards. Among them are the medal "Participant in the ATO" and the medal "For participation in the anti-terrorist operation.".
