Born on 03.10.1988 in the village of Ryasne, Zolochiv district. He studied at school there. In 2006 he entered the Kharkiv Machine-Building Technical School, which he graduated in 2009 with a degree in "Maintenance of Off-Road Vehicles".

In 2010, Kazbek was called up for military service. He served in the 704th Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Protection Regiment, which was stationed at the time in the city of Sambir, Lviv region. After being discharged from military service in 2011, he worked as a driver at the Kharkiv Aviation Institute.

У 2010 році Казбек був призваний на строкову військову службу. Проходив строкову військову службу в 704 полку радіаційного, хімічного, біологічного захисту, який дислокувався на той час в місті Самбір Львівської області. Після звільнення в 2011 році зі строкової служби він працював водієм у Харківському авіаційному інституті.

In 2015, he signed a contract with the command of the 203rd training aviation brigade with the city of deployment in Chuguiv. He served as a driver. In 2016, he was seconded to the 80th separate airborne assault Galician brigade and continued to serve as a BMD driver. In 2018, together with his comrades from the brigade, he participated in the ATO and JFO in the Donetsk direction. He took a direct part in the battles near the city of Avdiivka, Donetsk region.

For his participation in the ATO-OJS, he received a number of awards: «War Veteran», «Participant in hostilities», «For participation in the ATO». After the end of his contract in 2019, he resigned, continued to live in the city of Chuguiv and worked as an ambulance driver in the city of Kharkiv.

За участь в АТО-ООС отримав низку нагород: «Ветеран війни», «Учасник бойових дій», «За участь в АТО». По закінченню контракту в 2019 році звільнився, продовжив проживати в місті Чугуїв та працював водієм швидкої допомоги в місті Харків.

From the first day of the full-scale war, from 24.02.22, he volunteered to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As part of the 125th separate territorial defense battalion as a driver - service number of the anti-aircraft artillery section of the anti-aircraft missile platoon of the fire support company. Together with his comrades, Kazbek participated first in the defense of the city of Kharkiv, the city of Chuguiv, the village of Lebyazhe, Chuguiv district, and then in the liberation of the territory of the Kharkiv region during the summer-autumn counteroffensive in 2022. According to Kazbek's comrades, he was a brave warrior and always rushed into battle, was a responsible, sincere, reliable comrade, always ready to come to the rescue.

Mother: Gyulechova Makhperi Hashimovna, lives in the village of Ryasne, Zolochiv territorial community;

Wife: Lapteva Tatyana Ivanovna, lives in the city of Chuguiv;

Son: Gyulechev Rustam Kazbekovich, born in 2014, lives in the city of Chuguiv.

Circumstances of death:

07.09.2022 Kazbek Gyulechev, together with his comrades, participated in the fighting to liberate the Kharkiv region. Near the settlement of Vasylenkove, Kupyansky district, Kharkiv region, his unit came under fierce enemy fire during assault operations. Kazbek received severe explosive injuries that were incompatible with life.

Kazbek Gyulechov was buried on September 9, 2022 in the village of Ryasne, Zolochiv territorial community, Bogodukhov district.

Kazbek Gyulechev was posthumously awarded the medal "For Service to the Ukrainian People" and the commemorative medal "Defender of Zolochiv Region".

According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 203/2025 "On Awarding State Awards of Ukraine", for personal courage shown in protecting the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless performance of military duty, GYULECHOV Kazbek Magomedovich was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd degree (posthumously).
