The corresponding Memorandum of Cooperation and Partnership was signed on September 30, 2024, during an online meeting by the Head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, Halyna Minaeva, and the Mayor of Vynohradiv, Stepan Bochkai.
Establishing twinning relationships between communities increases the communities' chances of receiving funding from various funds, opens up opportunities for implementing new projects and exchanging best practices in local government. Such agreements also increase the investment attractiveness of each community, as they demonstrate their openness to partnership.
