In the Territorial Center for Social Services (provision of social services) of the Chuguiv City Council, in the day care department, clubs based on interests and studios for the development of creative abilities are actively operating.
Currently, the studios operate in close cooperation with the public organizations "Peaceful Sky" and "Believe in Yourself". This creative union is of great importance for the wards of the institution. The cooperation of specialists of the day care department and benefactors contributes to the development of creative skills, active communication, psychological relief and has a remarkable therapeutic effect.
Recently, an art therapy event in the grisaille style was held in the creative workshop of the Tercenter on Gvardiyska Street with the participation of specialists from the NGO "Peaceful Sky".
Grisaille is one of the most amazing and profound techniques, despite its monochrome. Its name in French means gray. But in reality it can be done in any color. Here monochrome leaves room for imagination and your own color interpretation. Nowadays, stress, anxiety and fatigue have become our constant companions, this technique is widespread among psychologists and psychotherapists.
Art therapy in this style involves drawing with coffee, wine, tea. This way, a certain therapeutic effect is achieved: overcoming stress, developing fine motor skills, agility of movements, psychological relief. All this helps relaxation, leads to increased relevance and creativity.
Being in a creative flight, the wards discover new sensations for themselves, which is comparable to meditation, during which anxiety, irritability, and tension disappear.
The participants of the event, which took place in the tercenter, worked with great inspiration, creating artistic masterpieces and, at the same time, receiving a healing effect. At the end of the session, a general photo session took place, where specialists and ward members expressed a desire to continue such events in the future.
