In the Kharkiv region, more than 23,200 applicants received financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing

This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov.

In total, since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in the region, 40,282 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications was submitted by residents of Izyum, Kharkiv, and Chuguiv districts. 23,262 applicants have already received financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged as a result of the actions of the Russian occupiers, for a total amount of more than 2.2 billion hryvnias. 

«"In each community of the Kharkiv region, work has been accelerated to collect information on damaged and destroyed property as a result of hostilities, terrorist acts, and sabotage caused by the Russian occupiers. To date, 56 communities have created and 54 communities have commissions to consider issues related to providing compensation for damaged real estate. The work is ongoing. Today, it is one of the priority areas in the work of the regional military administration," said Oleg Synegubov. 

At the same time, in 36 territorial communities, specialized commissions have formed 3,205 certificates for compensation for destroyed property worth more than 4.4 billion hryvnias. 

Using housing certificates, 492 real estate objects were purchased in the Kharkiv region - 374 apartments and 118 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is over 823 million hryvnias. In total, more than 700 compensation recipients from the Kharkiv region have already used housing certificates, the majority of whom purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.
