Dear residents of the Chuguiv urban territorial community!
We would like to inform you that the development of the Comprehensive Spatial Development Plan of the Chuhuiv Territorial Community is underway in the community.
A preparatory stage is currently underway, during which all interested individuals and legal entities who live or operate in the community can submit their proposals for the development of the Comprehensive Plan and express their ideas regarding the spatial development of our community in both the short and long term.
Based on this document, the spatial basis for the further development and restoration of our community will be determined, basic issues of how residential areas will be developed, where and how facilities for production, trade, socio-cultural services for the population, ecology, civil protection, and many other issues will be located.
Your participation in the survey is important for determining spatial planning priorities and shaping a vision for the future of our community.
In accordance with paragraph 2 of the decision of the Chuguiv City Council of the 8th convocation dated December 22, 2021 No. 724 – VIII «On the development of a Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Territory of the Chuguiv Territorial Community of the Chuguiv District of the Kharkiv Region» (as amended and supplemented by the order of the Head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration No. 1256 dated September 16, 2024), the collection of public proposals for the development of a Comprehensive Plan for the Spatial Development of the Chuguiv City Territorial Community is carried out by the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Chuguiv City Council.
You can send your proposals from 09/17/2024 to 10/07/2024 by mail to the address: 63503, Kharkiv region, Chuhuyiv city, Staronikolska st., 35-a, and also send them to the email address: [email protected].
Also, for your convenience, we are posting a link to a Google form through which you can submit proposals in electronic format: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/131g-lI-KGDNXS5iIxLEDGERyKfO-zoa011H3-v2ruM8/edit. Placing a Google Form does not limit your right to submit proposals in another, more convenient way for you.
