Born on 08/22/1986 in the city of Chuguiv. He studied at secondary school No. 7, then at secondary school No. 5, where he graduated from grade 9 in 2000. In 2002, he graduated from Chuguiv Vocational School No. 19, majoring in carpentry. After graduation, he worked as a builder in Chuguiv, Kharkiv in Russia. In 2019, Andriy went to the city of Kyiv, where he lived and worked in his specialty until May 2024.

On May 14, 2024, the Pechersky RTCC and the Joint Service of the city of Kyiv were mobilized and sent to the 199th training center (military unit A2900) for the purpose of training for service in military units and units of the airborne assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

After completing his training, he served in the 13th separate airborne assault battalion named after the Hero of Ukraine, Colonel Taras Senyuk (graduated in 1910) as a gunner of the airborne assault detachment of the airborne assault platoon of the airborne assault company. Together with his comrades, he took a direct part in the fighting near the city of Toretsk, Donetsk region. On June 30, 2024, while performing a combat mission, Andriy received an explosive injury: minor gunshot shrapnel blind wounds to the right forearm, right thigh, and abrasion of the right shin. After being treated on site at the military unit, he again joined the ranks and, together with his comrades, was sent to perform a combat mission during a special operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region.

Circumstances of death:

On August 22, 2024, as a result of massive artillery shelling near the settlement of Nechaiv, Kursk Oblast (Russian Federation), he received explosive and shrapnel injuries that were incompatible with life.

Andriy Logvinenko was buried on August 28, 2024 in the city of Chuguiv on the Alley of Memory.

By order of the commander of the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade No. 384 dated 06/30/2024, Andriy Logvinenko was awarded the commemorative medal "For the Destruction of the Enemy.".

Наказом командира 95-ї окремої десантно-штурмової бригади №384 від 30.06.2024 Андрій Логвиненко був нагороджений пам’ятною медаллю «За знищення ворога».

Andriy is survived by his father - Logvinenko Anatoly Ivanovych, mother - Logvinenko Lyudmila Ivanovna, brother - Logvinenko Denys Anatolyovich.

By Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 734/2024 of October 23, 2024 "On Awarding State Awards of Ukraine" for personal courage shown in the defense of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless performance of military duty, soldier Andriy Anatolyevich Logvinenko was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd degree (posthumously).

The high distinction, which was awarded posthumously to the soldier, was presented to the mother of the deceased defender, Lyudmila Ivanovna Logvinenko.
