
As a result of enemy shelling, about six hits were recorded on the territory of a private enterprise. As a result of the strikes, a warehouse of finished products caught fire, the Kharkiv region police reported.
A police investigation team, rescuers, and representatives of other emergency services worked at the scene.
Law enforcement officers documented the consequences of the enemy attack. The issue of entering information into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations into the fact of a violation under Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is being resolved.


Rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine quickly extinguished the fire caused by enemy drone strikes on an area of 1,000 m2. There were no casualties or injuries.


According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, on October 28, between 19:00 and 19:20, six enemy UAVs struck a food industry enterprise in the city of Chuguiv. A fire broke out in a warehouse with finished products. Under the procedural leadership of the Chuguiv District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.

The head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Galina Minaeva, reported that as a result of the shelling, private houses were damaged: windows were broken and roofs were cut. Currently, a city commission on damaged property is working with residents on site, and the data is being clarified.
Fortunately, there were no injuries.
