During martial law, we are especially aware of the importance of your endurance, life experience, and strength of spirit. You are the support of families, an example of indomitability and true love for the Motherland.
On behalf of the military administration, I thank each of you for your work, patience, and devotion to Ukraine. I wish you good health, long life, warmth from your family, and respect from society. Together we will go through these trials and we will definitely win.
