For them, the algorithm for changing the place of registration is as follows:

1. Gather the necessary documents. You will need a passport, military ID card, certificate of assignment of an identification number, and a document confirming the new place of residence (if available, attach documents confirming the reason for the change of place of residence, for example, a certificate of employment, a rental agreement, etc.).

2. Write a statement addressed to the head of the CCC and the Joint Venture requesting permission to change the place of residence. Attach the list of documents listed above to the statement.

3. The head of the CCC and the Joint Venture reviews the report within 7 days. In case of a positive decision, a permit to change the place of registration will be issued.

4. After receiving permission, remove yourself from military registration at the CCC and the SP at your previous place of residence.

5. Contact the Center for Administrative Services (CASS) for your new place of residence.

6. Within 7 days of arriving at your new place of residence, register for military registration at the CCC and the SP at your new place of residence. Have with you the documents you submitted for permission to change your place of residence.

Exception: a person does not need to go to the CCC and SP with permission if:

  • she is excluded from military registration, has a note to this effect in her military ID;
  • is on a business trip, but has a deferment from mobilization;
  • is a reservist who has been removed from the register and is moving to register with another CCC (has 7 days to do so).

It should be noted that violation of military registration rules by conscripts, military conscripts, and reservists, in accordance with Article 210 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, entails the imposition of a fine of 30 to 50 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (from 510 to 850 UAH).
