Attention residents of the Chuhuyiv urban territorial community!
Currently, preparations for the 2025/2026 heating season are underway at the state level, namely, work is underway together with international partners to provide the population living in the frontline regions of Ukraine with, cash assistance for independent purchase of solid household heating fuel.
Recipients The specified assistance may be granted to persons who, at the time of submitting an application for a one-time cash assistance during the 2025-2026 heating season at the expense of international partners actually live in residential buildings, living spaces (living rooms) that are heated with solid household fuel.
First of all Applicants who will be able to receive assistance belong to one of the vulnerability groups:
- single disabled persons of retirement age;
- a single mother (single father) who is not married, and an entry about the father (mother) of such a child has been made in the Birth Registration Book in accordance with the established procedure at the instruction of the mother (father), or the mother (father) in the event of the death of one of the parents who receive assistance to single mothers (fathers);
- persons receiving assistance at the birth of a child;
- large families;
- persons with disabilities (together with their family members) and families that include a child/children with disabilities;
- families consisting of internally displaced persons;
- family-type orphanages, which accommodate at least one child from among orphans or children deprived of parental care, or persons from among them, or children left without parental care;
- foster families, in which at least one child from among orphans or children deprived of parental care, or persons from among them, or children left without parental care, is placed for upbringing.
To receive assistance, you must on time until August 6 inclusive submit an application at the location of the household's actual place of residence for recipients:
- from among the residents of Chuguiv – to the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Chuguiv City Council;
- from among the residents of the village of Kamyana Yaruga, the village of Kochetok, the village of Velyka Babka, the village of Pishchane, the village of Zarozhne and the village of Tetleha – to the respective starostats.
When submitting an application are provided:
1) copy of identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine, passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, temporary certificate of a citizen of Ukraine) the recipient and all family (household) members who actually reside in the relevant household;
2) a copy of the certificate of registration number of the taxpayer's account card of the recipient and all family (household) members who actually reside in the relevant household, except for persons who have a mark in their passport of a citizen of Ukraine on the right to make payments by series (if available) and passport number of a citizen of Ukraine;
3) copy of the certificate/electronic certificate/references, which give the right to receive benefits, guarantees and compensations in accordance with the law;
4) copy of the certificate of registration of an internally displaced person (if there are internally displaced persons in the household);
5) documents confirming the fact of residence in the household: passport of a citizen of Ukraine (with a mark on registration of place of residence) and/or certificate (extract) on registration of place of residence, and/or certificate from the head of the street committee on the fact of residence at this address (for people living at this address without registration, as well as for single, disabled elderly people) etc.;
6) recipient's bank account details (in IBAN format);
7) stove heating information house.
No assistance provided in case of receipt by the applicant or his family members:
- benefits or housing subsidies for the purchase of solid household heating fuel in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 23, 2012 No. 356 "On establishing minimum standards for providing the population with solid and liquid household heating fuel and liquefied gas and the maximum indicators of their cost for the provision of benefits and housing subsidies";
- any other assistance (in kind or in cash) for the purchase of solid household fuel from other charitable foundations.

Submitting an application for this assistance is not a guarantee of receiving it. Payment of assistance is made within the framework of the international charitable aid fund after processing the submitted applications.
