Feodosia Khomivna Zavalyaeva had to see and experience a lot on her long life path, including the Holodomor and World War II, personal life tragedies (the death of two out of five children), but she managed to maintain goodwill, optimism and kindness in her heart. Now she is very sad for the fate of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren because of the ongoing war, and the old woman's main dream today is peace in Ukraine.
On her 103rd birthday, Feodosia Khomivna greeted guests with joy and a sincere smile, gladly accepting congratulations and gifts. Her strength of spirit, phenomenal memory, ability to read without glasses at a respectable age, and ability to enjoy life are truly astonishing.
So we sincerely wish the long-lived members of our community to continue to remain in strong spiritual and physical condition, to wait for victory and peace, and to always feel the support and love of their loved ones.
