Step 1: Enter personal data - last name, first name, middle name, your active email and create a password;
Step 2: Receive a letter to your email confirming registration in your personal account;
Step 3: Click on the link in the letter from Kharkivenergozbut PJSC: «Confirm address»;
Step 4: Congratulations, you have successfully registered in the personal account of household consumers of Kharkivenergozbut PJSC!
Step 5: After logging into your personal account of PJSC "Kharkivenergozbut", select the "My OR" menu section and click "Search for population OR";
Step 6: After entering your personal account, click "Find" and then "Add";
Step 7: Enter the amount of the last payment for the personal account you are adding and click "Add";
Step 8: Close the dialog box.
The new account and bills for July 2024 are already available to consumers.
