«"Keep that energy to yourself": simple solutions during war

Amid constant attacks on the energy infrastructure in Ukraine, an information campaign on energy efficiency “Keep this energy for yourself” is underway.

Its goal is to talk about common household solutions that can help Ukrainians better survive periods of power outages and shortages. These are affordable steps aimed at saving heat and using electricity wisely.

Recent sociological research has shown that for 42% Ukrainians, comfort in the home is an important incentive for implementing energy-efficient measures. In wartime, energy efficiency often means the ability to stay warm and maintain basic living conditions in the most difficult moments.

The campaign is taking place in communities that are particularly dependent on a stable energy supply. The initiative is jointly implemented by the Danish Energy Agency and the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine.
