Consultancy: Tatyana, a single mother, faced a problem when her teenage son started drinking alcohol. She did not know how to help him and maintain control over the situation. Social workers and psychologists helped her understand the cause of the problem, gave advice and supported her in a difficult moment, helping her son return to a normal life.
Home care: After a stroke, Petro needs help with self-care. He cannot manage the household and complete the necessary documents on his own. Home care specialists help him with all household chores, provide him with rehabilitation equipment, and support him psychologically.
Social support for individuals/families in difficult life situations: Lyudmila lost her job and did not know how to cope with financial difficulties and raising children. Our specialists helped her create a budget, taught her how to effectively organize household chores, and provided psychological support. Thanks to our help, Lyudmila was able to cope with the crisis and improve the situation in her family.
Supported housing for homeless people: Valeriy, a homeless man, found shelter at a specialized center that provides supported living. He was provided with temporary housing and assistance with basic needs: food and medication.
Representation of interests: Iryna faced illegal actions from her employer, but did not know how to protect her rights. She turned to social workers, who helped her file a lawsuit and represented her interests during the case. Thanks to their support, Iryna was able to defend her rights and get a fair decision.
Social integration and reintegration: Serhiy, who was released from prison, had no permanent place of residence or work. He was helped to obtain the necessary documents, find temporary housing, and get a job. Thanks to psychological support, Serhiy was able to successfully adapt to his new life and integrate into society.
Social support: Dmitry, a veteran, returned home after a long stay at the front. He experiences severe stress and has difficulty adapting to civilian life, as well as communicating with loved ones due to difficulties in understanding his emotions and feelings. A team of specialists, including a psychologist, a rehabilitation specialist, a doctor and a social worker, worked with Dmitry to help him return to his usual life, find a job and restore his relationship with his family.
Palliative care: Vitaliy, who has an incurable disease, received palliative care at home. Specialists helped him with self-care, monitored his health, and ensured access to necessary medical services. They also provided rehabilitation equipment that made his daily life easier. Thanks to such comprehensive support, Vitaliy could focus on the comfort and quality of his life.
Social rehabilitation of persons with intellectual and mental disabilities: Yuriy, a man with intellectual disabilities, began receiving social rehabilitation. Specialists helped him develop self-care skills, such as cooking, and provided him with information on financial literacy, as well as learning how to communicate effectively. Thanks to rehabilitation and psychological support, the man was able to significantly improve his quality of life and become more self-reliant.
Socio-psychological rehabilitation: Inna, after a difficult period of crisis, needed socio-psychological rehabilitation. She received free professional help. This allowed the woman to feel confident again and regain control over her life.
Day care for children with disabilities: Vera, the mother of an eight-year-old son Danylo with a disability, turned to specialists who provide the boy with the necessary support. During the day, Danylo receives qualified assistance, involvement in social activities, and care. This allows the woman to work and reduces stress, knowing that her son is receiving quality care and support in a safe environment.
Transport services: Igor, who uses a wheelchair, needed transportation to visit the hospital. Thanks to transportation services, he was taken to the medical facility and helped return home, ensuring comfortable and safe transportation.
Social support for families raising orphans and children deprived of parental care: After Olena became the guardian of her nephew, who was left without parents, she faced a multitude of issues - from legal to emotional. Social workers helped her to complete the necessary documents, provided advice on upbringing and supported her in difficult situations, ensuring the child received proper care.
Crisis intervention: Maria and her daughter suffered physical violence from their father. Social workers quickly helped them move to a safe shelter, where they received emergency help and support.
Physical support for people with disabilities: Svitlana, who has a musculoskeletal disorder, needed assistance during a visit to administrative bodies. The specialist accompanied her to the necessary institutions, helped her fill out documents and write applications, which made the process quick and convenient for her.
Social adaptation: After a long illness, Sofia was unable to return to normal life for a long time. After seeking help from social adaptation specialists, she received support: financial literacy training, psychological help, and advice on restoring relationships. Thanks to this, Sofia gradually returned to an active life and felt like a part of society again.
Mediation: Andriy and his neighbors could not find a common language due to constant arguments about noise. To avoid conflict, Andriy sought help from social workers, who conducted negotiations and helped find a compromise solution that satisfied both parties.
Informing: Marina, a single mother of two, recently gave birth to her third child. She contacted the social services center to find out what benefits she was entitled to. The specialists helped her get comprehensive information about available support programs and completed all the necessary documents. Thanks to this, Marina was able to take advantage of benefits that helped ease her financial burden.
Natural aid: The Haiduk family found themselves in a difficult situation after their father lost his job. They could not afford to buy food or medicine. The social services center provided them with the necessary assistance in kind - food, medicine, and clothing, which helped them get through difficult times.
Early intervention: Oksana noticed that her two-year-old son Marko was not developing as fast as his peers. She sought help, and early intervention specialists identified the problem in time and provided the necessary support to improve his development. This significantly improved Marko's quality of life and gave him hope for a better future.
