How residents of the Chuhuyiv community can receive financial assistance from the NGO "Network of 100 percent of life" in Kharkiv"«

From April 2024, people who received food aid from the UN World Food Program in January-March, which was provided by the NGO "100 Percent Life Network" of Kharkiv, will be able to receive cash assistance instead of grocery kits.

Each registered person from the household will receive UAH 1,500. The transfer will be made to a trusted person - an adult member of the household (head of household) to the appropriate bank account, provided that the necessary bank details are provided (IBAN, tax number, phone number, first name, last name). The maximum number of persons per household who can receive cash assistance is 5 people (except for large families).

The duration of the financial assistance is 4 months. The NGO "100 percent of life network" Kharkiv will contact you in the following months to confirm the possibility of receiving and continuing assistance.

Cash transfers will be made only to vulnerable categories of the population and their household members who received food packages from the UN World Food Program in January-March, namely:

  • people with disabilities and their families;
  • people with single parent status;
  • low-income families;
  • people who have lost their jobs;
  • families in difficult life circumstances;
  • people registered in the territorial center;
  • elderly people (60+ years old) living independently;
  • large families:
  • IDP families.

To receive cash assistance from the UN World Food Program, you must present a passport, identification code, birth certificate (for children) and documents confirming belonging to a vulnerable population group (according to the category):

  • certificate of single parent status / death certificate of the other parent / court decision declaring the other parent missing / court decision declaring the other parent deceased / court decision terminating parental rights (for people with single parent status);
  • certificate of social assistance as a low-income family (for low-income families);
  • certificate of being registered as unemployed at the employment center / work book with a note on dismissal / tax return with 0 income and other documents confirming the absence of income (for people who have lost their jobs);
  • certificate from the territorial social service center on the appointment of social support (for people registered at the territorial center);
  • certificate of persons registered in the residential premises/house, certificate (information sheet, act) of the actual residence of the person on their own and other documents confirming the actual residence of the person on their own (for elderly people (60+ years old) who live on their own);
  • certificate of status of a large family / birth certificates and/or passports of 3 or more children under 18 years of age (for large families);
  • MSEC certificate on establishing a disability group/certificate with a disability mark (for people with disabilities);
  • IDP certificate (for IDP families);
  • certificate from the social department of the local government (for families in difficult life circumstances).

Individuals who received food packages from the UN World Food Program in January-March are required to provide the bank account number (IBAN) of the head of household to the issuance/verification point during April 2024.

IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number, which is mandatory for banks in Ukraine. For Ukraine, IBAN consists of 29 alphanumeric characters, including the country code, check digit, NBU identifier, and account number. IBAN has the following format, starting with UA:

UA XX XXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

You can find out your IBAN:

1. At a bank branch;

2. In the bank's mobile application;

3. At the self-service terminal; ;

4. At an ATM;

5. By phone of the bank's support service.

The UN World Food Programme can transfer cash assistance in one of the following ways:

  • Recommended: Direct transfer to your bank account using IBAN;
  • Only for people who do not have a bank account or IBAN: Transfer via Western Union - it is mandatory to provide a phone number.

Please note that in the event of continuation of payments, re-verification of persons eligible for cash assistance will take place every 4 months. This means that all those who will receive cash assistance in April will have to come to the registration points every 4 months with all documents confirming their identity and vulnerability category. The date and time of re-verification will be announced later.

Registration for assistance is free.

The collection of information about IBAN for persons eligible to receive cash assistance will be carried out by the NGO "Network of 100 percent of life" in Kharkiv according to the following schedule:

08.04.2024 – 09.04.2024 from 09:00 to 15:00, break from 11:30 to 12:30:

  • at the address: Zachugovka, Zarozhenska St., 14 exclusively for residents of Chuhuiv, Kluhyno-Bashkyrivka, Vasyliv Khutir;
  • at the address: Druzhba, Druzhby St., 7A exclusively for residents of Chuhuyiv, Kluhyno-Bashkyrivka, Vasyliv Khutir;
  • at the address: Kluhyno-Bashkyrivka, Horishnogo St., 130 exclusively for residents of Chuhuiv, Kluhyno-Bashkyrivka, Vasyliv Khutir;
  • at the address: Aviator Street, Aviator, 58A exclusively for residents of Chuguiv, Klugyno-Bashkyrivka village, Vasyliv Khutir village;

10.04.2024 -11.04.2024 from 09:00 to 15:00, break from 11:30 to 12:30:

  • at the address: Osynivka, Osynivska St., 48B exclusively for residents of Chuhuiv, Kluhyno-Bashkyrivka, Vasyliv Khutir;
  • at the address: Preobrazhenka district, Agrarna square, 10 exclusively for residents of Chuhuiv, Kluhyno-Bashkyrivka village, Vasyliv Khutir village;

10.04.2024 – 12.04.2024 from 09:00 to 15:00, break from 11:30 to 12:30:

  • at the address: Secondary School No. 1, 20 Gvardiyska St. exclusively for residents of the city of Chuhuyiv, the village of Kluhyno-Bashkyrivka, the village of Vasyliv Khutir.

Have documents with you that confirm your identity and belonging to a vulnerable population group, as well as information about your bank account number (IBAN).
