HOW TO SUBMIT A NOTIFICATION OF NON-RECEIPTION OF PENSION AND INSURANCE PAYMENT FROM THE RF
Citizens of Ukraine who live in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine or who have left for the territory controlled by Ukraine are paid pensions and insurance benefits provided that they are not received from the pension authorities of the Russian Federation (paragraph 10 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 11, 2025 No. 299 “On Some Features of the Payment of Pensions (Monthly Lifetime Cash Support) and Insurance Benefits Under Insurance Against Accidents at Work and Occupational Diseases That Caused Loss of Ability to Work”).
To continue receiving a pension (lifetime cash support) or insurance payments, the specified categories of citizens must submit a notification to the Pension Fund of Ukraine about non-receipt of pensions and insurance payments in the temporarily occupied territories.
How to do it?
• Online – through your personal account on the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
In the “Remote Information” section, you must check the box next to the corresponding line “I do not receive a pension in another state, in particular, from the pension authorities of the Russian Federation” and/or opposite the line “I do not receive insurance payments in connection with disability/incapacity for work or loss of a breadwinner from another state, in particular, from the Russian Federation.”.
• During a video conference with an employee of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
The answer to the question of receiving/not receiving payments in the Russian Federation will be recorded in the decision on establishing/not establishing the person based on the results of video identification.
• In person by submitting to the service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine:
– applications for the appointment, renewal and extension of pension payments (monthly lifetime cash support), insurance payments (submitted when applying for the appointment, renewal, extension of pension payments)
or
– a corresponding message written in any form.
• By postal item / postal item with declared value:
A person temporarily staying abroad can send the following to the address of the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, where he is registered as a recipient of payments:
– notification of receipt/non-receipt of payments from the Russian Federation (in any form) together with a certificate of survival
or
– indicate the necessary information in the application for the appointment, renewal and extension of pension payments (monthly lifelong cash support), insurance payments and send it together with a certificate of survival and additional documents.
