The Territorial Center for Social Services (provision of social services) of the Chuguev City Council provides the social service "Social Taxi" with a specialized vehicle equipped with a lifting platform for transporting people with disabilities who use wheelchairs.
The "Social Taxi" service is provided to residents of the territorial community who are registered with the Territorial Center.
To receive the social service "Social Taxi", the applicant or an authorized person must apply to the Territorial Center with an application, provide the necessary documents (copies of the passport, code, disability certificate, etc.). In the event of a repeated application by citizens to receive the "Social Taxi" service, only a written application is submitted. Applications are processed in the order they are received, except in emergency cases.
Transportation is organized for people with disabilities (with musculoskeletal diseases and other diseases) who move with the help of technical rehabilitation equipment, and other low-mobility population groups.
