According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, under the procedural guidance of the Chuhuiv District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on November 24, at approximately 7:25 p.m., the enemy attacked the city of Chuguiv with a drone. A hit was recorded on the road surface near a residential apartment building.
No injuries.
Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military.
