The first meeting of the Local Investment Council of the Chuguiv Urban Territorial Community was held, which was created as an advisory and consultative body of the city council to implement the Public Investment Management Reform, which is currently being actively implemented in the state.
The main goal of the meeting was to approve the Medium-Term Plan of Priority Public Investments for 2026-2028 - a strategic document that will determine the directions of community development and effective use of budget funds in the medium term.
The SPPI is part of a state reform aimed at improving public investment policy. The approved document identifies 9 key sectors and specifies 15 main areas of investment in the relevant sectors.
The next step in implementing the Public Investment Management Reform will be the formation of a sectoral and Unified Portfolio of Community Investment Projects using the DREAM digital management system.
