This program will provide an opportunity to learn a new profession and become professional electricians in substation maintenance. This initiative was introduced to quickly adapt veterans to new civilian professions and support their loved ones.

The program is designed for people who do not have the skills and knowledge to build a career in the energy sector, but see their prospects in this area. Ukrenergo invites to cooperation primarily residents of small towns and villages - settlements where there is no wide choice of specialties. After completing the course, its participants will receive all the necessary knowledge and skills to realize themselves in a new interesting job.

We emphasize that, in addition to veterans, family members of military personnel are also invited to the training.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that to participate in the program, you do not need to have specialized education, knowledge of energy issues, or work experience. The main thing is the desire to learn and work.

Program participants are offered:

– official employment and remuneration from the first day of training;

– educational program approved by the Ministry of Education;

– a free 20-week training course, which includes accommodation, meals, and travel to the training center in the suburbs of Vinnytsia.

For 3 weeks, participants will gain theoretical knowledge at the training center, after which they will undergo a paid internship at the workplace until September.

Mastering a new profession as an electrician for substation maintenance, you will learn:

– maintenance of electrical substation equipment;

– ensuring optimal operating mode according to basic parameters (voltage, load, temperature, etc.);

– monitoring the condition and operating mode of electrical substation equipment;

– diagnostics and troubleshooting of network equipment;
