According to Clause 1, Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine «On Metrology and Metrological Activities», measuring instruments that are in operation and subject to state metrological supervision are subject to periodic verification.
If the consumer has received a notification about the need to verify cold water metering devices, he must contact the production department of the KP "Chuguyivvoda" at the address: 61, Heroiv Chornobyltsiv St. on reception days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., for information, call (05746) 2-34-65.
Within the specified period, it is necessary to perform periodic verification of water metering devices.
In the event that the metrological service recognizes the metering device as unsuitable for further operation, the consumer has the right to install a new certified cold water metering device in accordance with the design documentation and immediately notify the municipal enterprise "Chuguyivvoda".
In the event that the consumer evades verification, calculations will be made taking into account the tariffs and water consumption standards approved in accordance with the established procedure in accordance with the number of people living in the residential premises.
Only metering devices whose expiration date expired before February 24, 2022, that is, before the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, are subject to verification and replacement.
