The "Unity for the Future" Charitable Foundation, in accordance with the signed Memorandum with communities, receives lists of families that belong to vulnerable categories and are in difficult life circumstances, and invites them to verify their documents.
The project will provide multi-purpose cash assistance and cash assistance for winter preparation.
The multi-purpose cash assistance is designed for 3 months and will be provided through a one-time transfer of funds to the recipient's bank account. The Charity Foundation "Unity for the Future" will select individuals from among IDPs and the most vulnerable population according to the following criteria, taking into account multiple vulnerabilities:
● Households with income below UAH 6,318 per person per month
● Households with 2 or more children
● Households with internally displaced persons
● Single-headed households (one person in the family)
● Households with pregnant/lactating women
● Households with elderly members (over 60 years old) (including single households/households headed by elderly people)
● Households with members with disabilities (mental or physical)
● Households with members who have chronic illnesses/medical conditions
● Households whose members were injured or killed as a result of shelling
● Households whose housing was destroyed or damaged as a result of the conflict.
Multipurpose cash assistance in the amount of UAH 10,800 per family member (based on UAH 3,600 per month per person for 3 months in advance) will be provided by a one-time transfer of funds to the recipient's personal bank card during May - July 2024.
Cash assistance for winter preparation in the amount of UAH 20,220 per family will be provided through a one-time transfer of funds to the recipient's personal bank card during August - September 2024.
After processing the questionnaires, families that meet the project criteria will be contacted by the foundation's employees. Registration will take place during an interview with employees of the "Unity for the Future" charitable foundation and involves collecting personal data about each family member. For registration, you must have personal documents of all family members with you, namely:
● Old-style passport or ID card;
● Identification code – TIN (if available);
● Child's birth certificate;
● IBAN (in national currency);
● IDP certificate or other document confirming IDP status (for persons who are internally displaced persons);
● Documents that support the vulnerability criteria.
Please note: information on whether you are receiving multi-purpose cash assistance from another international organization will be checked against the joint database of multi-purpose cash assistance recipients. Your application will be rejected if you are already receiving assistance from another organization.
